Rulemaking

Engineering and Geoscience Rules

The Board is considering rulemaking changes which update the education, examination and experience requirement for engineering, geology and soil science licensure. Also included in this rulemaking will be housekeeping changes throughout the rules.

The Board published its Adopted Permanent Rules Relating to Licensing and Operation in the June 27, 2011 issue of the State Register. The rules become effective 5 working days following publication.
